We currently ship to selected locations based on service availability. Delivery coverage may vary depending on the customer’s address and courier reach.

If we are unable to deliver to your area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order if needed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Any promotional offers for free shipping will be announced separately and may be subject to specific conditions.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order after repeated attempts, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the shipment, the order may be returned or cancelled according to the courier’s policy.

In such cases, additional shipping or handling fees may apply for re-shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • a description of the issue
